2. Cartmans Anger Is Due To His Repressed Homosexuality And An Unrequited Love For Kyle
Thanks to a fan on Reddit, the reason why Cartman is so angry is because he is secretly gay and in love with Kyle. That's right, the source of Cartman's vigorous anger isn't because of some horrid life he's trying to bury, but all because he hasn't accepted his homosexuality in a healthy way and that has resulted in his compulsive nature to lash out at everyone and everything. There have been numerous examples that hinted at Cartman's sexuality, such as him taking photos of himself sucking on Butters' penis in 'Cartman Sucks', and him trying to get Kyle to suck on his balls during the 'Imaginationland' arc. Moving on from the gay stuff, Cartman's two biggest pet peeves are Jews and Gingers. However, since Cartman has demonstrated no real hate towards other minorities such as black people or Muslims, why does he hate Jews and gingers only? Well this ties into the final part: Kyle is a red-haired Jew. Despite all the real-world satire the show does, the characters are still only in the fourth grade and young kids show affection through insults. So not only does Cartman have to deal with the stigma of being gay whilst dealing with his pathological need for being liked, he also has to deal with the fact that he's in love with Kyle but that love is one-sided. So the summary is Cartman hates everything because he is gay and is unable to deal with being in love with Kyle.
