12 Terrible TV Shows That Should Definitely Be Cancelled In 2014

8. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

Once Upon a Time was a surprise hit in 2011. It's well-acted (with the exception of the child actor playing Henry, but you win some, you lose some) even when the plot gets a bit absurd, so ABC decided to make the daring if cash-grabbing move to commission the spin-off Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. It's exactly what it says on the tin, and although the plan was to make only one season, ABC is clearly testing the waters for future ventures related to the original series. There's one issue with this series, best expressed by the simple question, "Why?" OUATW repeats Once Upon a Time's mistakes, complete with CGI which looks straight out of the 90s, but puts them in the context of a story which has been adapted too many times to count. Maybe it would have worked as a miniseries, but the order for 22 episodes when its parent series is only in its third season and is airing at the same time is just bizarre. Its ratings have suffered accordingly and cancellation looks likely, thankfully.
