14 Doctor Who Companions That Need To Return

3. Clyde And Rani From The Sarah Jane Adventures

If there should be one lasting contribution to the Doctor Who universe from the Sarah Jane Adventures, it should be the cheerful and eminently watchable characters of Clyde Langer (Daniel Anthony) and Rani Chandra (Anjli Mohindra). They're so good that they deserve a move to the TARDIS. Either that or they should get a spin off series of their own. It certainly doesn't hurt that Rani's parents are very funny characters and could easily add to a Doctor Who episode, too. But, no offence intended, perhaps Luke and Sky should stay at Bannerman Road. As for Mr Smith... well, bless his silicon bits and bobs but what a terrible shame it is that he's embedded in that wall.
