15 Actors You Won't Believe Are In Twin Peaks Season 3

The one name that undeniably got everyone talking was Michael Cera. By far the most surprising announcement yet at the same time one that fits in its own way, we're going to see the King of Awkward entering Twin Peaks.

Though Cera is best known for his nerdy comedies, he's also shown sure signs of darkness in movies like Youth in Revolt, Magic Magic and even This Is the End. If Lynch can tap into that, this could be a real hallmark moment for him.

Who Is He Playing?: The one delicious idea that's been bandied around online is that Cera could play the son of Andy and Lucy. It's almost too brilliant and perfect to actually imagine: it would allow him to milk his awkward shtick for all it's worth, and perhaps result in some terrific comic relief.

Above all else, it's going to be be extremely surreal seeing Cera sauntering around Twin Peaks.
