14. Matthew Lillard
Lillard became known to audiences throughout the late 90s and early 2000s for his roles in the likes of Hackers, Scream, SLC Punk!, She's All That and of course, Scooby Doo.
His career definitely took a bit of a dive post-Shaggy until he won a part on the acclaimed FX series The Bridge a few years ago, and he's now leapt from that to working on Twin Peaks.
Who Will He Play?: This is a really tough one, because though Lillard pretty much built a career on playing idiot goofballs, his work on The Bridge was sure proof that he's capable of more serious-minded fare, and may well have been the role that won him a part on this show.
He'd be fantastic as some sort of FBI investigator...if the show doesn't have enough of them already.
