Airing: TBA When Marvel unveiled their plans to work with Netflix they outlined a long-term agenda to bring their four separate properties together to make another unified narrative, otherwise known as the Defenders. That would team Daredevil with Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist, and because of the massive cast of Marvel characters who have at some point appeared as a member of the supergroup, the possibilities of further cross-overs and cameos would be huge (and great if they go with the Secret Defenders initiative particularly). It's a bold move by Marvel to announced something - even tentatively - that can't happen for a number of years, but the strategy has so far paid off handsomely with the film arm of the company, and there is clearly confidence in the property. The Selling Point: It's a genuine TV event show, channelling everything that made the Avengers successful. Concerns: Whether you care to admit it or not, the team just isn't as strong as other ensembles, and with Iron Fist's stand-alone show the last piece of the puzzle, it's questionable whether this will even actually get off the ground.
