"Serenity now, insanity later." -Lloyd Braun A doctor gives George's dad a relaxation tape that instructs him to yell out "serenity now" whenever his blood pressure gets high and he feels the need to rage. As this starts to catch on with the gang, George is drafted by his father into selling computers from his garage where he is always one upped by his mentally unstable childhood friend, Lloyd Braun, even though he's just insane and likes ringing his desk bell and playing with the unhooked phone, thus of course leading Costanza & Son to immediate bankruptcy. Also, Jerry's girlfriend Patty (played by Full House vet Lori Loughlin) tries to instruct him on how to express his emotions better, which leads him to become angry which leads them to breaking up which leads Jerry to become an overly emotional wreck, even going so far as to propose to Elaine. However, once he sits down and actually has a heart to heart with George, as Jerry puts it "I think you scared me straight..."
