17 Most Exciting New TV Shows You Need To Watch This Fall

13. Dr Ken

Ken Jeong is actually a qualified physician, and his name is Ken, which makes him more qualified than pretty much anyone else for the role in Dr Ken. The sitcom will follow the doctor who is brilliant at treating his patients, but not so good at talking to them, regularly delivering rather cutting insults. While generally trying to do the right thing at work and home, he manages to drive everyone a bit crazy, which basically sounds like all of Jeong€™s roles. However, we€™re more used to seeing him in smaller, supporting roles (Community, The Hangover) so it€™ll be interesting to see him taking the lead, and hopefully having a lot more to do as an actor than simply being Ken Jeong. https://youtu.be/27N3CDC4PRs

NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far. A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
