17 Shows To Binge-Watch Before They Return This Fall

6. Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

If you haven€™t watched Marvel€™s Agent€™s of S.H.I.E.L.D., or more likely gave up on it after the disappointing first half of season 1, then you€™ve missed out on a show that connects to and broadens the MCU, while also managing to be entertaining and engaging in the stories it wants to tell.

As well documented now, it really picked up when it tied into the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and it hasn€™t looked back since. It really feels like it belongs in the Marvel universe now, as opposed to just a hastily-made spin-off in order to have something on TV that could namedrop the likes of Thor and Iron Man.

The characters have been well developed, and the plot has taken some new and very exciting turns, which will have major implications on the film side of things later down the line.

Even if you can€™t face watching the first nine episodes or so, you can probably find out the basic information about the characters and start from the second half of the first season without missing too much, and then go into season 2 before the third airs in September.
