Of all the characters in Southpark, Cartman was an easy choice to designate an evil twin to. Well, more accurately, a nice twin. In a nod to Spock's evil twin, Cartman's twin from a parallel universe (again!) also sports a dashing little beard in the episode 'Spookyfish'. At the end of the episode, Cartman's friends decide to rid themselves of the mean Cartman but accidentally fall for one of his tricks and instead kill the newer, nicer Cartman. Oh well. Cartman's twin is memorable for showing us a 'nice' version of Cartman - plus, this is probably one of the only examples of an 'evil' twin that we actually prefer to the version of them that we know well.

After all these sci-fi shows, you'd be forgiven for thinking that evil twins were exclusive to the fantasy genre. However, even America's most popular sitcom threw one in, in the form of Phoebe's sister Ursula. Ursula is just as much an odd-ball as Phoebe, but the complete opposite to Phoebe in all other ways. Ursula is mean, selfish and cutting. She also stars in dodgy 'Buffy' themed porn films using Phoebe's name if that's not the act of an evil twin, I don't know what is. Ursula is memorable because she is most like a real life evil twin. She's not really pure evil but in fact epitomises the opposite of everything that makes Phoebe great. Additionally, that 'Buffy' themed porno is just hilarious. Bonus points if you remembered that after a bad break up with Ross, Rachel starts dating Russ.
