Unapologetically '60s and light-hearted fun in every sense of the word 'Surf's Up, Joker's Under' is a gem that is worth every single ridiculous moment just to see Batman utilise shark-repellent Bat-spray while maintaining perfect poise on his surfboard. And the fight scene between Jokers goons and Batman, Robin and Batgirl is among the best that the show ever produced.
