18. 'Cat Scratch Fever' (Batman: The Animated Series)
Batman: The Animated Series produced memorable versions of just about all of Batman's villains, but Catwoman was undoubtedly among the greatest. With similarities to the Michelle Pfeiffer version from Tim Burton's Batman Returns, the feline fatale already had a lot going for her, but the show built upon that to give fans what might just be the best version of Selina Kyle we've ever seen.
Both her passion to fight for animals and her relationship with Batman remained among of the show's most compelling long-running storylines, and 'Cat Scratch Fever' gave us some fine examples of both, as Selina fought to protect the animals that Roland Daggett had turned feral through his heinous experiments - something that led her into the arms of Batman as she attempted to seek help.
Catwoman was the protagonist of this one and that makes it all the more engaging - because it allows us to see just how much her pet cat Isis means to her, and what's willing to risk to protect her.
