Darryl Weathers is a minor character in comparison to many on this list, however his popularity is immeasurable due to his utterance of 4 simple words; Dey took der jerbs. Roughly translated to "they took our jobs", this sentence has become the most quoted catch phrase from the series from a minor character.
Although Darryl embodies perfectly the stereotypical behaviour of the modern American hillbilly, it was his immediate acceptance of the idea to save the future (a giant pile of men going 'gay for america' to avoid the creation of the future people coming back in time) which sets him apart from red neck america.
Darryl is loved by many as he symbolises the xenophobic, misinformed many that we so often are unfortunate enough to have to rub shoulders with in every day life. It's nice to laugh at people without their knowledge sometimes, and that is exactly what Parker and Stone, and subsequently Darryl Weathers have allowed us to do.
