Teen Titans takes several superheros that we're more or less familiar with from the comic book world and puts their teenage selves together as a crime-fighting unit. This sounds like it had the potential to be incredibly lame, but hear us it -- it's actually not. You've got a young Robin leading the pack, which consists of Cyborg, Beast Boy, Starfire, and Raven. They're all figures who have appeared as various incarnations in different comic books. Cyborg, for example, was featured in the Titans series, then the Teen Titans, before being established as one of the founding members of the Justice League. Despite the fact that the show is aimed at kids and revolves around a group of angsty teenagers, it actually has a remarkable amount of depth and humor that makes it one of the most underrated superhero shows.
