13. Charlies Writes Most Of The Songs Himself

Sunny has had its fair share of hilarious and catchy musical numbers over the years. Songs from the episodes Sweet Dee Is Dating A Retarded Person, The Gang Tries Desperately To Win An Award and the incredible The Nightman Cometh immediately come to mind. Invariably, these songs are usually performed by Charlie, but did you know that Charlie Day writes most of the songs himself? According to Glenn Howerton, the gang try to write the songs together but Charlie takes over and comes out with some of the most wonderfully weird songs ever sang on television. Songs like Dayman and Go F*ck Yourselves have entered Sunny lore and, hopefully, there will be more original songs in season ten.
