2. Joss Whedon Is The 'Grr Argh' Monster

Of all of the many characters Joss Whedon has created in his career, one often goes sadly unsung; we're talking, of course, about the monster that walks past the Mutant Enemy logo (Joss' production company) and goes 'grr argh' at the end of every episode. Or nearly every episode. At the close of the traumatic Season Two finale, he sobs and says 'I need a hug' and the little guy gets in the mood for musical extravaganza Once More With Feeling by ending it with a melodious version of his catchphrase. But who is the voice behind this character with such dramatic range? It's actually none other Joss Whedon himself. It's a shame the monster never managed to cross over into the show proper so that fans could get to see Joss face Buffy in monster make-up - he did it in Angel, after all.
