The show that made Langford a household name received a ton of criticism for choosing to develop her character's narrative without her and, given that it was always a divisive show, that wasn't exactly a wise idea. That being said, a complete reinvention between its second and third seasons saw the latter become a solid whodunit thriller that thoroughly reinvigorated the show... if only for a season.
It's finally ready to bow out later this year when it returns for its fourth and final season, and it will no doubt be worth watching just to see its incredibly talented young cast showcase those talents one more time. And, if anything, it will be intriguing to see how a show that missed multiple opportunities to end, will finally call it a day.
