20 Worst Doctor Who Episodes Ever

Fear Her is the worst Doctor Who episode of the modern era, largely because it takes a decent concept and completely and utterly fumbles the execution.

This is Doctor Who at its most CBBC-level childishness, which wouldn't be as big a problem if it didn't also have some of the darkest subject matter of any episode in the entire 60 year history of the show. This is a Doctor Who episode about domestic abuse, that isn't given an ounce of gravitas.

Instead we get David Tennant eating marmalade from the jar, laughable whisper-acting, and the skin-crawlingly irritating "fingers on lips" scene, with direction as flat as one of Chloe Webber's drawings.
