23 Actors You Totally Forgot Were In Doctor Who

22. Eve Myles

Eve Myles has established herself as a fully fledged and formidable sci-fi heroine for her popular portrayal of Gwen Cooper in Doctor Who's critically lauded spin off Torchwood so it's easy to forget that her Whoniversal journey actually began 10 years ago in a little episode called The Unquiet Dead. Way back when, the Welsh actress guest starred as the psychic maid Gwyneth in the Series 1 Dickensian tale and her character is credited as being the first to utter the ominous words "Bad Wolf" on screen (unless, that is, you disregard the Moxx of Balhoon mentioning it in passing during the previous episode), as well as for selflessly sacrificing herself to save the entire world. But the Bad Wolf thing is much cooler. It was later revealed, in Series 4's Journey's End, that Gwnyeth is a distant relative of Eve's present day Cardiff counterpart. Don't you just love it when a plan comes together?
