23 Actors You Totally Forgot Were In Doctor Who

21. Tamsin Greig

Tamsin Greig was tragically underused when she made a blink and you'll miss it appearance as an unnamed infospike installing nurse in Series 1's pit stop The Long Game. Thankfully there has been plenty of her to go around since as she's currently receiving critical acclaim for her West End performance in Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, for which she was nominated for the prestigious Best Actress gong at this year's Olivier Awards. Back on the small screen, you'll probably recognise Tamsin for her respective roles in comedies including Black Books and Green Wing and she's been raising her profile in the US with her portrayal of Beverly Lincoln in Episodes, a Golden Globe nominated series in which her character's smash hit UK comedy is remade into a trashy US sitcom starring former Friends star Matt LeBlanc. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't done so already!
