The Vinci Massacre brings episode four to a close in shattering fashion, though this is somewhat derailed by a cringe-worthy final shot, of Paul, Ray and Ani surveying the carnage around them, with the image slows down to a freeze frame before fading to black. It's highly reminiscent of the ending to a cheesy '80s cop show, and pulls the viewer out of what is otherwise an extremely grim ending to an episode. Also, why the hell did the blood turn white as the fade out happened? So many questions, so many bizarre creative choices...
