On the depravity scale, nothing beats the Chessani sex party scene from this season, which is grim enough to make most viewers probably crave a shower after watching it. Ani goes in there undercover, where weapons and mobile phones are banned, and drug use is mandatory. After taking a hit of pure Molly, Ani is in a daze as one lecherous man tries to have his way with her, and later, she rescues a missing girl, Vera, before things go south and she kills a security guard on her way out. Throw on top of that a ridiculously over-the-top musical score and you have the recipe for one of the best and weirdest scenes in True Detective's second season.
