Ray and Ani do some digging and find out that Caspere was involved with the production of a Mad Max-esque post-apocalyptic movie, causing the initial cut to the scene - a close in on a dirty survivor lying in rubble - to confuse the hell out of audiences for a second. It's surreal and an amusing nod to the recently-released George Miller movie, though putting that huge set together for a three-minute scene must've been a massive pain...
