28 WTF Moments From The Flash's Season 2 Premiere

20. Mercury Rising

Caitlin Snow Cisco Ramon
The CW

Much like Cisco has moved on to pastures new after the demise of S.T.A.R. Labs, Caitlin Snow is found to be working for rival firm, Mercury Labs.

Mercury was referenced many times throughout The Flash’s debut season, with Amanda Pays headlining the company and making several appearances (as played by Tina McGee, who actually played the same character in the 1990 Flash TV show).

Dropping in Mercury Labs here is an indicator that we may just see Pays and her firm pop up yet again at some point in the show’s future.

Even if Cailtin starts off the episode working for a S.T.A.R. Labs rival, at least she's not fallen down the Killer Frost route just yet.
