2. Tulip's Relationship With Cassidy

Tulip and Cassidy may not be romantically involved with one another at present, but this fact doesn't hinder their relationship - which is still one of Preacher's most attractive features. The two characters have a wonderful friendship - a fact that was highlighted again in Sonsabitches.

During her recovery, Cassidy doesn't leave Tulip's side for a single second. The king of comedy keeps her spirits lifted throughout, as he quizzes her about her time in purgatory. He also fills her in on all that's been going on in her absence (minus what happened between him and Jesse).

His affection for her is sweet, and Tulip seems to think so too. The pair share several scenes with one another, and by the end of the episode, you're left truly questioning if Jesse is the right choice for Tulip after all.
