Like a similar fan favourite show Firefly, Pushing Daisies had so much potential story in it left untold due to its untimely cancellation. Where many shows that are still going on have lost their appeal by having stories dragged on for far too long, Pushing Daisies is exactly the kind of show that has so much more room left to grow and needs to flex its muscles. Fans of the show will certainly be salivating over the prospect of a movie and/or stage play led by Olive. Pushing Daisies is definitely something that could be successful in both of those mediums, but before all of that happens, it should really be given at least another season or two. The more hours of storytelling the fans gets, the happier they'll all be. The show has at least a good three seasons of story left to tell and the best way to do that is through Netflix viewership.
