30. Mrs Brown- Mrs Brown's Boys
Mrs Brown is an old, foul mouthed yet loving Irish mother who cares about nothing more than her family and their well being. She comes across as nosy and very interested in other people's lives. One of her favorite pass times is making a fool out of her father in law and Winnie, her best friend and next door neighbor. Her catchphrase is "that's nice" which she learned to say instead of "F**k off" during elocution lessons.

Russell is the single friend of the two main characters and comes across as a womanizer. He tries to stay optimistic even with the amount of sexual harassment cases against him. He also works at his father's firm, only due to the fact his father owns it. The others often mock him due to his choice of clothes and his lack of height.
28. Marie- Everybody Loves Raymond
The overbearing and intrusive mother of Ray who conveniently lives across the street from him. She's very houseproud and often criticizes Ray's wife when their house is not up to her high standards. She also often guilt trips people into doing her bidding- making her the stereotypical mother-in-law from Hell.
27. Carlton- Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Carlton is the preppy stereotype from American High School culture. He is also extremely smart yet this comes across as annoying and arrogant. At first there seems to be conflict between Will and Carlton, only for Will to actually warm to him in later seasons. He has Republican political tendancies like his father and is obsessed with college and his future career. He is short and this often the target for Will and his many jokes towards Carlton.
26. Randy- My Name Is Earl
Randy is Earl's younger brother and is very dimwitted. He may not understand Earl's list but goes along with Earl anyway out of devotion.
