2. Why Hasn't Markovia Invaded Central City?
The Markovians are invading Freeland because of their interest in acquiring metahumans and metahuman experts. However, Central City is filled with metas and as previously mentioned Star Labs has some of the top experts on metahumans. And yet, the Markovians have still not made any big moves on the citizens of Central City.
There is no clear cut answer as to why Freeland is being targeted and not Central City. If anythingm the greenlight metahumans of Freeland seem harder to make functional than the dark matter metas.
Just by sheer volume of super powered people to kidnap, Central City seems like the better bet. Heck, why not kidnap everyone in Star Labs and make them build another particle accelerator designed to make metahumans on the large scale?
