2. Stranger Things

After its great first season took the world by storm, Stranger Things 2 saw the show become even bigger. It was one of the increasingly rare shows that everyone seemed to be watching and talking about but, unfortunately, it looks like it'll be a while before we get to do so again.

Season 2 was already slightly delayed (an October start as opposed to July for Season 1), and with the series becoming bigger it means the scale of production is ramped up further and the cast are in-demand, with David Harbour, for example, landing the lead role in the Hellboy reboot.

It was Harbour himself who said we shouldn't expect Season 3 to arrive this year, telling Variety: "I mean, one of the things that’s annoying for fans is that it takes us a long time to do them

"Like, you probably won’t get [Season 3] until sometime in 2019. But also part of the thing is, like any good thing, they need time. And those guys work so hard. I mean, they just sit in their apartment and write for 12, 14 hours a day.”
