Rainbow Raider (previously Prism and double previously Roy Bivolo) should be a legitimately scary villain. He's a meta-human with the ability to manipulate people's emotions and make them act in violent, uncontrollable ways towards people they love. Also, his eyes are all creepy and red and he once made the Flash fight Arrow which, OK, was a pretty fun fight but very depressing within the context of the show's universe. And yet, with all these villainous advantages, his weaknesses are pretty hilarious. See, Bivolo has a sort of allergy to...colours. The powerful effects of his superpowers are reversed using...colours. There's been some speculation that linking emotions to particular colours is a way of stealthily introducing elements of the Green Lantern mythology but for now they're just...colours. Cool. Cool power.
