1. The One Where She Was Going To Live In Paris With Ross' Baby
Despite Ross being more than keen to be a part in his son Ben's life, despite having broken up with his ex-wife, it was staggering that he was so accepting that Rachel was going to take his new baby girl, and second child, Emma away to live with her in Paris. Even more strange that Rachel suggested it without even talking to Ross about it first. It was unanswered what was going to happen in regard to how Rachel was going to raise a child on her own in Paris despite having a big job in fashion to do, but the fact she didn't go in the end means nobody seemed to question how horrible and selfish she was being in stopping Ross from seeing his second child knowing that he'd have to be close to Ben back in America, coupled with his work commitments. There was no laugh track to that story as it was a serious and emotion plot point, but the laughs then came as Rachel was in the process of getting off the plane and returned to be with Ross. Yet prior to that incident the writers appeared to just sweep the issue under the carpet. Also for some reason Ross didn't question not being able to see his daughter as she was going to live with her busy workaholic mother. It was the finale of Friends too, so it seems very strange they would have any ambiguity in such an important and obviously memorable episode.
