7 Reasons Why The Third Doctor Changed The Course Of Doctor Who

pertweeyeti The Third Doctor has always been one of my favorite Doctors. After re-watching some of his episodes, and then those of his successors, there are moments you can sit back and wonder if the exile on Earth had an effect on the next few Doctors, as they tended to have a temper as well. Viewers always remember the Third Doctor for his facial expressions, also known as the Pertwee gurn. It's always debatable about what Doctor made the most impact, or which one is most popular, but what comes down to it, is that the Third Doctor was the first one to have the Master. He was the first to have a multi-Doctor story. It goes on. Without the Third Doctor, we may never have learned more about the Brigadier and UNIT. Also, we would never have gotten the chance to have seen Liz Shaw, Jo Grant, and Sarah Jane. We owe a big amount of gratitude to those in the Third Doctor era, and especially what the Third Doctor and Jon Pertwee himself, had given us in the program.

I am a sales associate by day, and 3D artist and writer at night. I have a passion for Doctor Who, especially the Fifth Doctor era. I go to conventions when I have the funds, and I also make costumes on my spare time.
