8 Times American Horror Story Went Too Far
4. The Impaling - Roanoke

However, one of the moments where viewers felt this was certainly a bit too far, was the sequence of three friends attempting to document the mystery surrounding Roanoke.
Minor characters in terms of the series as a whole, Milo and Sophie's deaths will definitely be remembered as arguably one of the most grizzly scenes AHS fans have ever seen.
