As a Whovian, there is nothing worse than trying to maintain a civilised conversation with somebody who is adamant that the Ninth Doctor was played by a man called Christopher Ecclestone. It's Eccle-ston, people! That should give you a clue that getting the names of Doctor Who actors wrong is a very big no-no, which means it's a very big yes-yes if you're trying to deliberately cause a light-hearted but temporary dispute. With that in mind, perhaps you could ask a Whovian how many years 'Daniel Tennant' was in the role, or whether or not 'Arthur Darving' will ever be returning to the show? This act of total disrespect is guaranteed to be met with a blank face as your friend tries to come to terms with this unfathomable error. If you're lucky enough, though, their response may just be to simply correct you - everyone makes mistakes, right? - and be on their way, in which case you can attempt to take it even further by enquiring what that 'Mark Smith' has been up to these days... Despite your faults, the chance's are your friend will even be flattered that you've asked, taking comfort in the fact that it wasn't them who brought Doctor Who into the conversation for once. It shows them that you care, after all. Which ultimately makes it even crueller that you don't. Oh, sticking on the topic of names, it's Freema Adje-man, not Eggy-man, and Jenna Louise-Coleman has dropped the 'Louise' as of 2013. It's the little things that make a big difference, though seeing as you're setting out to create a stir, you may want to ignore those pointers...
