9 Times Danny Dyer Was The Funniest Man Alive

4. When He Did A DVD Commentary For Outlaw

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5h9ZPBuBEs As you€™re aware, Danny Dyer is an actor. He is well known as the current landlord of the Queen Vic in Eastenders, but he made his name making movies. Movies with lots of swearing and punching mugs right in the kisser, and with names like The Football Factory, Mean Machine, Doghouse, The Business, and Pimp. They are of course wildly successful financially (Pimp made a whopping £205 at the box office), but sometimes they go down less well with film critics. One of his films that was particularly poorly received was Outlaw, the 2007 film directed by his most frequent partner-in-crime Nick Love. The Times, for example, called it €œa rage-spewing hate crime of a movie€. Dyer and Love didn€™t take this criticism too kindly, and vented their anger on Outlaw€™s DVD commentary, which quickly gained a cult following as a classic of the genre. Like a real life Derek and Clive, our hero and his hero angrily rail against all manner of perceived slights against their art. It€™s so sweary we literally can€™t give you any quotes here, but we can promise you that they slag off The Godfather and compare Outlaw to Taxi Driver.
