1. Jiaying
The Episode: S.O.S. Part 2
After undergoing her transformation, Skye finally came face-to-face with the mother she had long believed to be dead at the Inhuman sanctuary known as Afterlife. Naturally, many viewers were led to believe that Jiaying was good and that she truly had her daughter's and the other Inhumans' best interests at heart.
During her sit-down with Robert Gonzales, Jiaying killed him to initiate a war against SHIELD, covering up her deed to turn the other Inhumans to her side. After killing Raina and having her own daughter subdued, Raina and her troops arrived to the Iliad armed with her crystals, intent on enforcing her perceived superiority.
On the deck of the ship, Skye confronted her, only for Jiaying to attempt to use her vampiric abilities on her. Though Skye turned the tables, Cal arrived and took it upon himself to shoulder the burden of killing his wife, bringing an end to Jiaying's years of abuse of his love to further her goals in the wake of Whitehall's experimentation.
