Agents Of SHIELD: 8 Theories On Skye's Parents' Identity

5. Plan Chu

He is a relatively unknown villain but one that manages to connect both China and the blood dripping as seen in the AoS finale. Plan Chu is the head of the Atlas Foundation, a company created from the remnants of the fallen Mongolian Empire and is meant to be more than 150 years old €“ a longevity attained by bathing in a pool of blood. He had a son named James Woo who went on to become an agent of SHIELD and his niece Suwan is an international terrorist. He doesn't have a daughter in the comic books but that doesn't mean that it couldn't be slotted in for the television show because he€™s only appeared in fairly minor books. As for Skye, this would mean that she would also gain a brother as an ally and could give her a sense of real family that might cause her to consider what was most important for her. Of course they would have to skip Plan Chu€™s really quite racist alternative moniker of Yellow Claw (note that he doesn't wear anything remotely yellow). But if they did choose to go down this path, he was around during the Second World War and so could be linked together with HYDRA which would tie into the overall arc.
