3. A Skrull
You want a monster that falls from the sky? What about the ones that are responsible for the strange writing that people with GH-325 start to scribble? Well those are the Skrulls a race that the Chitauri from the first Avengers film were based on, originally for the Ultimates comic books. Theyre also enemies of the Kree in the 616 universe and responsible for a variety of things, such as the Secret Invasion. This isn't to say that Skyes biological father is actually a Skrull only that one claiming to be destroyed a Chinese village looking for her as a baby and kept to this story when talking to Raina. This might be because there is an ongoing Kree-Skrull war and she might be the descendent of someone quite important (like Captain Mar-vell for instance). This would be an interesting link that could lead out of the Guardians of the Galaxy film. So this explains the GH-325 reaction, the blue alien and the from the sky comment. But the blood issue isn't covered, unless in the MCU this is simply part of a Skrulls natural appearance and it isn't blood at all but some enzyme that allows them to shapeshift. This theory seems the most likely way to keep the Skye as a Kree theory alive, seeing as the person in the finale was most certainly not one.
