Amazon's Hanna: 10 Questions Season 2 Needs To Answer
4. Is Norris The Real Head Of Utrax?
Norris, the voice at the other end of Sawyer's phone calls, has yet to appear on-screen. It's clear that she was in charge of giving Sawyer his orders, but this doesn't necessarily mean that she's sitting at the head of Utrax. In fact, Wiegler's dialogue concerning the people behind Sawyer might indicate that Norris is merely one more rung in a much taller ladder.
The possibility of higher executives than Norris is suggested by a very simple occurrence in the last episode of Season 1 - Wiegler knows who to call. As soon as she takes Sawyer's phone, Norris is the first contact she dials. Prior to this, Wiegler demanded answers from Sawyer about how far up Utrax goes. She stated on at least two occasions that she knew there were people behind Sawyer, but that she didn't know who they were.
If Wiegler doesn't know who's at the top, then for her to know that Norris is in charge of Sawyer would have to mean that Norris isn't actually the one pulling the strings. It seems likely that Norris will receive a Season 2 reveal in the flesh, but her appearance may still leave the true scope of Utrax unexplored.
