After Sawyer triangulated Wiegler's location in front of the Khatri house, Utrax would have made note of the fact that Sophie Khatri and her family are among Hanna's few allies. Almost every other reliable person in Hanna's life is now dead, and Dieter might not be Hanna's first call if she knows that he betrayed her father. If Utrax intends to continue searching for Hanna and Trainee 249, the Khatri house would be a natural starting point.

The smart move would be to start watching Sophie's family as soon as possible to see when or if Hanna arrives. Not only would keeping tabs on the Khatri family be a sensible move at this point, but one scene in particular suggests that Utrax might have already put surveillance measures in place.

Early in the seventh episode, Sawyer calls Wiegler to warn her against further interference with Utrax. During this scene, the computer behind Sawyer displays a map with an area of interest circled in green. This is pretty obviously meant to be a map of Paris, given Sawyer's tendency to track Wiegler's calls. In this same scene, however, another monitor appears to display grainy satellite footage of a residential neighborhood.

Utrax already has Wiegler's location, so extra footage of Paris would be unnecessary. The only other residential neighborhoods they'd need to watch would be Dieter's residence in Berlin or the Khatri house in Thames Ditton. Given the large number of monitors in the room that display pinpointed maps of various locations, Utrax is no stranger to this type of surveillance. It would be no great shock to learn that they'd made the natural decision to include the Khatri family as well.
