American Horror Story: 10 Interesting Theme Ideas For Future Seasons
9. Museum
A theme set in a history or wax museum in the 1960's could focus on the guests and curators in the same way that the current season is doing in Hotel Cortez. It could be based in the Midwest in a haunted museum - there are said to be several in the Midwest - and it could consist of living exhibits, murderous ghosts, wax dolls, mummies, unsuspecting schoolchildren and tourists, taxonomy, ancient relics and robberies. They could take inspiration from The House Of Wax and perhaps make the owners a set of insane twin brothers that "collect" living people (or even dead ones) to display within the museum, or it could be run-down, old and broken with children betting who would go inside it, only to never return. The possibilities of horror in a spooky museum are endless.
