Perhaps a viral / bacterial / fungal outbreak isn't really something American Horror Story might do, but the idea is quite a compelling one. Instead of it being a "zombiefying" disease, it could just be a horrible outbreak of some other virus that leaves its victims with horrible delusions. Some Redditors believe it would be good to have a season like this on a cruise ship. User iloverunforfun suggests the following: "Cruise ships are perfect petri dishes for disease. It would definitely be a unique and interesting take on American Horror Story. They could have Danny Huston as the captain of the ship, Emma Roberts as a spoilt socialite, Denis O'Hare as a crazy cult follower who unleashes the deadly virus, along with his super sexy and super crazy wife, Lady Gaga.
