4. Does John Lowe Have Schizophrenia?

John Lowe sounds awfully similar to John Doe doesn't it? John Doe is the go to name given to any male if they cannot be identified. Is it possible that John Lowe has two separate personalities? On one hand he is a loving father, a dedicated detective and a moral character, but on the other he is controlling, loses his sense of time and probably drinks far too much alcohol - which is why his other self avoids it. When he first entered the hotel, he seemed to have a connection with it and with the guests. His relationship with Sally seems like it's been going on a while, he doesn't seem impressed when his wife openly admits to loving Holden more than him and he also doesn't seem too bothered about the children that are running around the hotel; especially the child that could be his missing son. Is this because he's been helping March with the murders all along and in his current John Lowe form, he can't remember the actions of his other self and his Lowe personality has been assigned to find the killer?
