3. Does The Hotel Even Exist?

The Hotel is often described as a Hell but it must really be Purgatory as the majority of the guests (ghosts) seem to be stuck there. One theory is that the hotel is actually standing in ruin and only appears to people who it is trying to lure in. March is still using the hotel to kill and perhaps the evil that resides there is what is making the place so appealing to those who have lost their way to addiction and on the righteous path. However this theory is probably not the strongest at the two tourists were driven there by a taxi driver in episode one.
