American Horror Story: Hotel - Every Promo Trailer (And What They Tell Us)

So in this teaser, we see a mattress roaming freely in the halls, but it's not just a mattress. It seems someone has sewn a victim inside (rather badly too). 

The question is, why isn't he screaming? Has he had his tongue ripped out? If so, who would have done this to him? Surely the Countess wouldn't be bothered to sew up her victim (with those nails, I don't even think she could if she tried)?

Perhaps Elizabeth gets one of the characters to do the cleaning up for her, like Hypodermic Sally (played by Sarah Paulson), who is a drug addict and permanent resident of the hotel. Of course, that's just the tinfoil talking.

Well, I don't know who is responsible for putting this guy in the mattress, but I know I definitely won't feel comfortable in a hotel's bed ever again.
