The second released trailer called "Do Not Disturb" showed us a really disturbing video of a man frantically knocking on guests' doors. When the camera zooms in on the mysterious man, it shows that he doesn't have eyes. It's still unknown who this man actually is (and if he's even set to appear on the show).

Could it be one of the victims of the "Ten Commandment" killings? Or is he some sort of entity or ghost roaming the halls of Hotel Cortez?

...and why on earth is he in his underwear? 

Maybe it's just teaser to emphasize just how strange and uncomfortable you will feel watching American Horror Story: Hotel.
