American Horror Story: Ranking Every Evan Peters Character From Worst To Best

As previously mentioned, every one of Peters' characters possessed - to some degree - a level of darkness within them. Kit Walker, however, is largely an exception to this rule.

The young lad suffered more than any other character Peters has portrayed on the show, finding himself wrongly imprisoned in Briarcliff asylum before being subsequently tortured at the hands of the vile Dr Arthur Arden, as well as being repeatedly beaten by Sister Jude.

Kit had one of the strongest character journeys not only on American Horror Story, but possibly in television history, as he managed to stay sane while surrounded by the insane, and refused to let his spirit wane. Of course, he didn't escape from captivity unscathed, with his experiences leaving him mentally scarred for life.

Peters turns in a sublime performance as the tragic Kit, who was a far cry from his previous character Tate Langdon, which allowed the actor to prove that he was more than a one-trick pony. Kit Walker has gone down in AHS history, not only because of the unforgettable way Sister Jude pronounced his surname, but also because of his sheer determination to remain good, and to survive his hellish experience.
