The next big question in the Martha equation is when Stan will find out that she's been stealing confidential files and bugging Gad's office. So far, he's shown no signs of suspicion and barely even speaks to her when he's at work; but subconsciously, he's well aware of what she's doing. During the season finale, Stan has a nightmare in which he walks into work, and is greeted by Martha before walking into his office and finding his wife having sex with another man on his desk. The encounter with Martha is brief, but if you pay close attention you'll see that she's stuffing files from the mail robot into her purse. He may not even remember this minor detail, but eventually those little hints in his subconscious will rise to the surface. In fact, she already told him about the files being left out in the open earlier in the season, so it may not take very much for him to connect those treason-sized dots.
