Archer: 10 Best Supporting Characters
2. Pam
Aptly described as a 'sturdy bisexual' by her voice artist Amber Nash, Pam Poovey is that and so much more, from sleeping with most of her fellow ISIS employees to participating in underground fighting rings.
Beginning in the first episode, Mole Hunt, as the least qualified HR Director ever (complete with Dolphin hand puppet), Pam has been a staple of Archer from the beginning. Her trajectory has led her out of human resources and into drug trafficking, contracting for the CIA and piloting all manner of land and spacecraft. Notably, Pam became Poovey, a male police detective in the Hollywood-set eighth season and, most recently, an alien rock monster in Archer 1999.
Pam also has an excerpt from romantic poet Lord Byron's The Destruction Of Sennacherib tattooed on her back, reading, 'For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast, And breathed in the face of the foe as he passed; And the eyes of the sleepers waxed deadly and chill, And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!'
"Holy s**t snacks!"
