3. Outstanding Voice-Acting
You might recognise H. Jon Benjamin as the voice of Bob Belcher in Bob's Burgers (another one you shouldn't be missing out on). He does excellent work on both, nailing Archer's cavalier and occasionally unwarranted arrogance along with Bob's general uncertainty and confusion. With Archer, the quality never edges into the danger zone Aisha Tyler, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Jessica Walters, as well as many others, inhabit their characters' idiosyncrasies and details. As another tribute to an element of animation's craft, their efforts are never left wanting. Often, the writing is granted another level of hilarity through the vocal gymnastics this ensemble cast embarks upon. It's difficult to extol the virtues of voice-acting through text alone. So, don't make me do it. Go watch.
